Each hard flight case is constructed by hand using the best quality materials and fittings.
Any size Flight Case
There is virtually no size limit as to what can be protected - from a tiny set of calibrated weights to a full size race car shell. We have built flight cases for many clients including the Ministry of Defence, Formula One Teams, Medical Instrument manufacturers and almost everything in between!Flight cases are unique in that they can be manufactured around their contents. This eliminates dead space and ensures an economical fit.
Hard flight cases can accommodate many different items, for example we can fit the case out with cooling fans if equipment is to be used in the case plus power sockets and flaps to gain access to plugs and sockets.
Handle and wheel mechanisms can be fitted to enable easy movement. These can be integral or we can offer a removable setup for occasional use. These mechanisms are ideal for sales reps needing to walk long distances with the case.
The internal design of the case is dependant on its contents. Foam inserts are ideal for most applications. These are all produced in house, either by hand for small quantities or from a press tool. Other applications may require fitted panels, straps and fabricated packing blocks.
Flight cases are generally manufactured from two key materials. We offer plywood with a High Impact Polystyrene (HIPs) laminate or the lighter version - Astroboard.
Both materials are available in various colours. Astroboard is significantly lighter than the HIPs and plywood option and is more popular when the cases need to be shipped internationally.
Cases can be personalised with a screen printed logo. Customer logos can also be included in foam inserts.
